What's worse is that this "Constitutional scholar" was caught reading "Goodnight Moon" in pre-school.
Obviously anyone who has to say "Goodnight Nobody" before bedtime isn't qualified to be leader of the free world.
And I hear from solid sources in Chappaqua, NY that he also read "Runaway Bunny". A more communistalistic book has never been written -- the poor bunny has no liberty whatsoever.
